Real Estate Tips from the Fredhotline

Tip #37

When printing out a description of your house to put outside in the "Take One" box-the one for information for prospective buyers-make sure you print up twice as many as you think you might need.

Your neighbors will be stealing the extra copies in the middle of the night to see how much you are selling your house for so they will know what the current rate for the neighborhood.

Spice World, It's No Action Jackson

I went to the Salvation Army Thirft store today and got a copy of Spice World. This movie is "packed with girl power!" I'm not sure what corsets and high heels have to be with empowering women, but I like it. (If you were wondering, the order in which I'd like to "date" the Spice Girls is as follows-Geri, Emma, Victoria, Geri and then Emma. I don't care for either of the Mels.) Posted by Picasa

Bullet Hole

This is part of my "Through My Car Window" series. Check out the bullet hole in the side of this car. At first I thought it was one of those stickers teens put on their cars, but it turned out to be real. It was one of four I counted. Posted by Picasa

Action Jackson Trivia

The car seen at the mansion, the Halley, is actually a 1987 Pontiac Fiero with body effects that make the car resemble a Ferrari Testarossa coupe.

This is part of a new photographic series I am shooting. The only rule is that the photos must be taken from the front seat of my car. This first image shows the recent problems we've had with fuel. Posted by Picasa
