The staff of the Fredhotline is very sorry for calling Mike D an idiot in an earlier post. We would like to state publicly that we do not think he is an idiot and that he is very handsome. (He also has a great head of hair for a man his age.)

Bill Murray DUI in a Golf Cart

"Bill Murray could face a drunken driving charge after cruising through downtown Stockholm in a golf cart and refusing to take a breath test, citing US law. Police officers spotted the actor early Monday in the slow-moving vehicle and noticed he smelled of alcohol when they pulled him over, said Detective-Inspector Christer Holmlund of the Stockholm police. "He refused to blow in the [breath test] instrument, citing American legislation," Holmlund said yesterday. "So we applied the old method -- a blood test. It will take 14 days before the results are in." Murray, who had been at a golf tournament in Sweden, signed a document admitting he was driving under the influence, and agreed to let a police officer plead guilty for him if the case goes to court, Holmlund said."

Isn't Ironic

It's ironic that this peaceful protest was met by the use of force? Perhaps this was just another surge? The really funny part of all this is that the right to do shit like this is exactly why we are fighting. Maybe one day a guy in Iraq with be able to spray-paint some bullshit on an old dryer without fear. Maybe one day his neighbor will be able to call him an "asshole" and then tip that stupid dryer over.

On a side note. I was watching America's Got Talent the other day and they had this group called the "2nd Story Guys". It was a group of four guys that ran around stage on stilts. I'm watching this and I thinking, those guys found three other guys to walk around on stilts with and I can't even find a couple of guys to play golf withon the weekend.
