1986 Residence Life Reprimand

While cleaning out my bonus room I found this Residence Life Reprimand from my days at UNCG. It was written on April 30, 1986. I've been holding on to this for almost 20 years. Doesn't it below in my permanent record? My favorite part is that it that Father Fitzgerald is the witness. Keep in mind that "The student is to sign below as an acknowledgment of this notification and not as agreement of guilt".

I for one think that every 15 years or so we should all pile into a car and drive 1,500 miles to see this guy tie the knot. I'm up for a road trip. Anyone else?

"Meatballs Part II is the best work I've ever done. What I don't understand though is why they removed the nudity. I was told the distributors wanted to make it into a children's film, but what we shot was nothing like what is on the screen. I hope, someday, they release the R rated version. It was the only time the nudity was 100% necessary."

Anna Marie Josephine Cecelia von Kolnitz and Jonathan Scott Nunn have announced they are expecting their first child in July. I didn't have any file photos of the Nunnster changing diapers, so this will do.

As I continue the theme of shots from my car window, I'd like to award the Fred Hotline "Truth in Adverting" Award to this company. I'm not really sure what they do, but with a tag line like "Our Business Sucks" give them a call.

I found this photo in a box of old Greater Greensboro Open photos. I guess it should make me laugh, but for some reason it just makes me sad. I though about not scanning it at all, but that wouldn't be fair to the rest of the you. I felt the need to share this with the rest of the world in the hope that maybe someone could find its humor. (I'm sure these guys wanted people to laugh at least near them. Clearly, you had to be there.)

As you can tell I have not been spending too much time on the Fred Hotline lately. I've been working on the Greater Greensboro Open Blog a lot and I just want to say I'm sorry to all of my loyal Hotline fan(s). I'll try to put more stuff here in the future. I'm going to put this photo up on my www.ggoblogger.blogspot.com later today. I'll probably get hell for it, but I think it's funny. My Hotline readers let me get away with more than my golfer viewers do. 

Yeah, I rocked the mullet back in the day. You can all stop frontin' too. Back then clicks were into this, just like Vanilla Ice. You all know that you turn that song up when you're alone in the car. (This shot was sent in by one of the many PhD's that read this site.) 

This lady was a big fan of Sergio at this year's Chrysler Classic. She had him sign her arm twice. (In case you are wondering, she's drinking a special BEvERage.) 

I took this photo of UNC basketball coach Roy Williams last week at the Chrysler Classic of Greensboro. It's like he can tell I'm a Duke fan. Look how his eyes are burning a hole into my soul. (Or maybe that's the eye of the tiger.)
